Custom Orders
Because our wedding favors are made to order and often personalized, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
Non-Personalized Orders
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Food Products
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used honey products.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations may not be possible if production has already started.

Processing Time
Our honey wedding favors are carefully prepared and packaged to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Larger or personalized orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Large Orders
Bulk orders of 50 or 100 jars may ship in multiple boxes to help ensure your items arrive safely.
Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses.
Delivery Delays
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. While we do our best to ship on time, weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
